Are you an experienced Sales Engineer or Account Manager ready for a new challenge? At Van den Bos cm, we work on innovative projects, and we are looking for a Sales Engineer/ Account Manager to strengthen our team. As a Sales Engineer/ Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. You understand their production processes, can identify bottlenecks, and present our solutions with confidence. You will prepare project proposals in collaboration with our engineering team and manage the entire sales process from A to Z.

We are a specialized company in conveyor systems and automation solutions for the corrugated industry. From complete factory layouts to advanced palletizers and transport systems — we design, build, and deliver turn-key installations both domestically and internationally. With many years of experience, we combine craftsmanship with innovative technology.
Ideal candidates come from the corrugated industry. If you don’t have that experience, we expect you to have knowledge of conveyor systems or logistics automation in an industrial environment.
This is what you will do
- Proactively approach new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Prepare and present project proposals and quotations (in collaboration with engineering)
- Visit production facilities and contribute ideas for layout and optimization
- Represent our company at trade shows and networking events
- Contribute to the commercial growth of our company in both domestic and international markets
What you bring to the table
- Proven experience in the corrugated industry or with industrial conveyor systems/ logistics installations
- Technical insight and an affinity for automation and mechanical engineering
- Commercial drive and strong communication skills
- Independence and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel (mainly within Europe)
- Good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
