To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service & Aftersales Specialist Transport and Robotic Systems Do you enjoy fast-paced work? Do you speak good German and like helping customers across Europe? Then we are looking for you!
This is what you will do
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the corrugated cardboard industry. You will ensure that issues with transport and robotic systems are resolved as quickly as possible — often via WhatsApp or phone contact.
- Your work will be varied and international. You will switch between customers, programmers, and our internal team to resolve issues remotely or schedule service appointments.
- You will create quotes for spare parts.
- You will document and report issues.
- You will support customers with video tutorials or short instructions.
- You will coordinate service visits.
- You will contribute to the further professionalization of our after-sales processes.
This is what you will bring with you
- You speak good German (English and Dutch are a plus).
- You communicate easily via WhatsApp, phone and email.
- You are customer-oriented and think in solutions.
- You are precise in documenting issues and reports.
- You have technical insight and enjoy collaborating with programmers and technicians.
- You are proactive and enjoy tackling tasks as they arise.
