At Van den Bos cm, we build transport and robotic systems for the corrugated board industry - from complete factory transport lines to smart palletisers. Everything we supply, we design and realise ourselves: mechanically, electrically and software-wise. We carry out our projects in Europe, including the Netherlands!
Due to growth, to strengthen our team we are looking for a Project Manager to manage projects from start to finish - from design and planning to delivery and aftercare.
What will you do?
As project leader, you are the connecting factor between our customers, the engineering team and execution. You monitor the technical progress, planning, costs and quality of multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from quotation to delivery.
- You coordinate projects from A to Z.
- You coordinate with the team leaders of the various disciplines, organise project meetings and -ensure that all stakeholders are informed of progress.
- You monitor planning, budget and technical scope and report to management.
- You will be the first point of contact for customers and liaise with suppliers and partners.
- You identify risks, prioritise and adjust where necessary to ensure quality and deadlines.
- You will visit customer and installation sites at home and abroad for coordination and technical assessment.
- You will think about process improvements within project execution and business operations.

- hbo working and thinking level, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- Experience in project management in a technical environment.
- Commercial sense and communication skills.
- Organisationally strong! You work systematically, maintain an overview and can bring structure to a growing organisation where processes are still evolving.
- Decisive and able to make timely choices based on technical and commercial considerations.
- Willing to travel Netherlands & Europe.
- Good command of Dutch and English (German is an advantage).
